MINUTE MOTIVATION: Don’t Forget to Breathe

Sometimes we get so wrapped up in the business of our lives, that we forget to do the most important thing and that is to breathe. When we take the time to stop from the craziness of it all, we can discover that within that silent space, within that place that is in-between all the perceived chaos, lies a perfect peace. One can discover that when one takes the time to slow down, close your eyes, and simply breathe.
