Get clear on your message. Get confident sharing it. Get strategic about getting it in front of the right people.
For the author, entrepreneur, coach, speaker, or expert who knows they have something valuable to say — but hasn’t yet figured out how to confidently and consistently get it out into the world.
“Visibility isn’t about being seen. It’s about making sure your message is.”
Before you can show up consistently, you need to know what you’re showing up for. We’ll get clear on what you want to be known for, who you want to reach, what you want your visibility to create, and the message you want to carry into the world. Because “I need to be more visible” isn’t a strategy.
This is where you learn to trust yourself with your message. We’ll work on how you talk about what you do, tell your story, communicate your ideas, handle interviews, show up on camera, speak to an audience, and stop second-guessing every word that comes out of your mouth.
Not everywhere. In the right places, in the right ways, for the right reasons. We’ll figure out where your people actually are, which platforms and opportunities make sense for you, what you should be talking about, and how to create a visibility rhythm you can actually sustain.
These aren’t three separate skills. They’re three parts of becoming visible. You’ll build clarity around your message, confidence in your ability to communicate it, and a strategy for getting it in front of the people who need to hear it.
Not a pile of notes you’ll never look at again. You’ll leave with things you can actually use.
You have something worth saying. Maybe it’s a book. Maybe it’s a business, a body of work, a story, or expertise you’ve spent years developing.
Now imagine actually feeling comfortable talking about it.
You say yes to the interview instead of immediately wondering, “What if I don’t know what to say?” Someone asks what you do, and you can answer without rambling, minimizing yourself, or giving the 47-minute version. 😂
You know how to turn what you know into conversations, content, interviews, speaking opportunities, and meaningful connections. You stop second-guessing every post, pitch, and appearance. You stop disappearing when visibility gets uncomfortable.
And if you wrote a book, you stop thinking of it as the finish line — and start using it as a doorway into the bigger message you’re here to share.
Because writing a book doesn’t make you visible. It gives you something worth being visible for.
Ready, Set, Seen is not about becoming an influencer, being everywhere, or forcing yourself into a version of visibility that doesn’t fit who you are. It’s about getting clear on your message, confident in communicating it, and strategic about where and how you show up.
Here’s who I designed this for:
You have a book. Now what? You want to use it as a doorway into bigger opportunities, a speaking career, media attention, or a growing audience — but no one taught you how to make that happen.
You’ve done the podcast, the speaking gig, the social media thing. You’re not starting from zero. But you still overthink, over-prepare, or know you could communicate with more confidence and presence than you currently do.
You’ve taken the programs. You’ve learned the strategies. You’ve had stretches where you showed up consistently — and then you disappeared. Life got busy. You lost momentum. You’re tired of starting over and want this time to actually stick.
You know your stuff inside and out. But when someone asks what you do, you fumble. You over-explain. You’re not sure what you want to be known for or how to make what you know land clearly and memorably.
Every platform. Every strategy. Every guru telling you something different. You don’t need more options. You need clarity on what actually makes sense for you, your goals, and your life.
You know you have something valuable to say. You are done second-guessing, overthinking, and telling yourself you’ll do it when you feel more ready. You’re ready enough. Let’s go.
If you’ve already invested in learning and feel like you have plenty of information — this program is especially for you. We’re not adding to the pile. We’re helping you figure out what’s actually getting in your way, develop the skills to communicate with confidence, and create a visibility approach you can sustain.
For more than 30 years, Shari Alyse has been living inside the world of media, communication, and public visibility. Not studying it. Not teaching a framework she learned from someone else. Actually doing it — in front of cameras, on stages, behind microphones, in media pitches, in PR offices, and in front of audiences around the country.
She has been the person being interviewed and the person doing the interviewing. She has produced television and appeared on it. She has written bestselling books and helped other people communicate their stories to the world. She has stood on TEDx stages and watched what makes someone land — and what makes someone disappear.
That dual perspective is what makes her different. She knows what the person in front of the camera is feeling. And she knows what the person behind the camera, the interview desk, or the media pitch is actually looking for.
She also knows what gets in the way — the self-doubt, the second-guessing, the feeling that everyone else has this figured out and you’re the only one who doesn’t. Because she has been there too.
I’ve spent more than 30 years doing this. On television. On stages. Behind a microphone. In interviews. In front of a camera. And yes, sometimes while wondering what the heck I was going to say next. 😂
I’ve learned that confidence doesn’t come from never being nervous. It comes from knowing how to work with the nerves, trust your message, and keep showing up anyway.
Each session is 90 minutes of live, interactive coaching in a group of 8–10 people. That means you’re not just watching and listening. You’re practicing, getting feedback, and building real skills in real time. And each week, you’ll leave with a small visibility challenge — a way to take what you’re working on inside the room and actually use it in the real world before we meet again. The loop looks like this: Learn it. Practice it. Do it. Come back. Build on it.
Get clear on what you want to be known for, who you want to reach, what you want your visibility to create, and your core message. You’ll begin putting that message into words and practicing how to communicate it out loud.
Work on the mindset and communication skills that affect how you show up. We’ll practice talking about what you do, telling your story, handling interviews, and showing up on camera and in conversation with more confidence and presence.
Turn clarity and confidence into an actual visibility strategy. We’ll look at where you should show up, how to use different platforms and opportunities, what to talk about, and how to make your visibility work for your actual goals and life.
Bring everything together and create a visibility approach you can actually sustain. We’ll address the stop-and-start cycle, practice what you’ve learned, and leave with a clear plan for continuing to show up — even after the program ends.
Ready, Set, Seen is intentionally limited to 8–10 participants. That’s not a selling point. It’s how the program works.
You are not paying for four Zoom calls where you listen and take notes. You’re investing in four weeks of actually putting your message, confidence, and visibility into practice — with real-time feedback, weekly challenges that take you into the real world, and direct access to Shari throughout. You leave with a core message, a visibility strategy, and the skills to keep showing up after the program ends.
